About this opportunity

We are now looking for a CS core engineer who will be responsible for the execution and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to Operators’ customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. You will also be responsible for receiving trouble reports from the Operator's Customer Care Center (or from the Operator's customer directly in some very specific cases), resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the Customer Care Center (or to the Operators’ customers). It is also responsible for customer affecting problems detected by other processes or through analysis, including informing the customer and resolving these specific problems to the customer's satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Ensure a smooth operation of the GSM/UMTS/LTE/VO-LTE specific CS Core Network.
  • Be responsible for Analysis of Network issue with E2E responsibility.
  • Be responsible for Configuration Management.
  • Be responsible for CS Core KPI knowledge
  • Be responsible for Performance Analysis & Investigation.

You will bring

  • Must have experience in CS and IMS Core .
  • Good Expertise in CS & IMS nodes like Ericsson SBG/MGW/MRS/MSC-BC/MTAS/CSCF and ( Handling Emergencies/ Customer management /Participation in all Technical and operation discussions with different stakeholders)
  • Understanding of Mobile Networks 2G/3G/4G/5G.
  • SS7 protocol stack and troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of IMS network and interfaces.
  • Troubleshooting, Activities & Upgrade of CS and IMS Core Nodes.
  • Troubleshooting & knowledge of E2E VoLTE/VoWIFI calls.
  • Having Knowledge of VNF & ENM environment.
  • Ability to provide rapid root-cause analysis for various Network related issues.

Key Qualification:

  • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
  • Experience: 2-7 years.
