Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Cleansing Specialist to support contract and operational data quality initiatives in the airlines industry. This role focuses on working with Excel-based datasets, maintaining and updating a centralized Master Tracker, and extracting structured information from PDF documents. Experience with batch data uploads is preferred, and familiarity with Icertis Contract Management (ICM) is a plus but not mandatory.

The role requires occasional availability until 12:00 midnight IST to join calls with customers in the U.S. Pacific Time (PST) zone. To support this, a flexible work schedule is provided--the resource can work from home for extended hours and adjust in-office presence accordingly, including starting in the afternoon and leaving early as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily data cleansing, validation, and formatting on Excel files related to contracts and operational datasets.

Maintain and update a central Master Tracker to reflect accurate and timely information.

Extract and structure key data from PDF files, including contracts and supporting documents.

Identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and formatting issues across datasets.

Work closely with procurement, legal, and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Prepare data for batch uploads as per defined specifications.

Join late evening calls (up to 12:00 midnight IST) with global stakeholders as required.

Leverage flexible working hours, including remote support during extended shifts and staggered in-office timing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in data cleansing, data quality assurance, or structured data preparation.

Strong command of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation).

Proficiency in handling and extracting structured content from PDF documents.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive data tasks with high accuracy.

Comfort with flexible work hours, including late-night remote meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the airlines or aviation industry with exposure to contracts or vendor data.

Familiarity with batch uploads, ETL workflows, or structured data migrations.

Exposure to Icertis Contract Management (ICM) or similar CLM systems (optional).
