Position: Data Center Sales Manager

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

? Identify and develop new business opportunities for data center solutions (colocation, managed services, cloud hosting, etc.).

? Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

? Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, and marketing) to create customized solutions that address client needs.

? Present and pitch data center services to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.

Client Relationship Management:

? Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

? Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

? Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to close deals.

? Deliver exceptional post-sales support and ensure client retention.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

? Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

? Identify industry-specific opportunities and offer tailored solutions.

? Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for service improvement.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

? Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

? Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

? Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? 5-8 years of experience in data center, colocation, or IT infrastructure sales.

? Strong knowledge of data center operations, cloud, and managed services.

? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Ability to develop and deliver technical sales presentations.

? Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approaches.

? Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.

? Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
