Senior Analyst - Level 3
A business analyst with a good experience of requirement gathering, working with stakeholders and background on data projects.
Work you'll do
Work closely with the Business owners and the Solutions Delivery team to facilitate successful execution of deliverables.
synthesize findings into business/functional requirements, and design documents.
Work with the product team (including both business and technical staff), internal stakeholders to understand, gather information,
Facilitate and participate in working sessions to elicit functional & nonfunctional requirements.
Document current and To-be Business processes and provide assistance in developing strategies and solutions.
Establish and clearly document requirements and develop use cases.
Create and refine preliminary design / mockup of new functionality and develop flow charts, functional diagrams and descriptions to communicate application design specifications for projects, as required.
Assist
product/project manager with development, update and tracking of project management processes and deliverables (e.g., detailed task lists, project schedule, issue logs, financials, status reporting, ongoing monitoring and reporting).
Assist in business case development for IT projects, IT Assessment, project management and methodology development.
Serves as the conduit between the Business stakeholders and the software development team.
Participate and provide inputs into project / resource estimating activities.
Participate in and support cross technology process improvement initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for small enhancements & defect fixes.

Qualifications Required:
Computer Science University degree or equivalent work experience
4-5 years' experience in business analysis, requirements management and projects relating to data
Strong research and analysis skills.
Working knowledge of SQL
Knowledge on documenting the requirements in the form of FRD, BRD
Experience implementing data projects including requirements gathering (functional s
pecifications), understanding data workflows and having a knowledge about ETL lifecycle.
Having ETL background will be an added advantage
Having understanding of Azure ecosystem will be added advantage
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks
independently.
Ensure each project team has same level of understanding on client requirements. Responsible for Quality of requirements and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for actively participating Design thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs.
Responsible for creating documentation including requirement User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Feature Description PowerPoint decks, Process Flows and Analysis Models, Journey Maps, Wireframes and User Guides.
Should manage the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the onsite BSA and Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements.
Experience in dealing with multiple projects and
cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment will be an added advantage.
Engages business owners and other ITS resources to respond to requests for new applications and/or enhancements
