Role Purpose
This Data Associate role will be in our Data Processing team where we cover both process optimization and data enrichment. The work we do requires the team to work closely with colleagues in our Research, Data and Product functions. The success of this role will require attention to detail, collaboration & problem solving. The successful candidate will help solve challenges around data processing, making our data robust and streamlined by following process and utilizing our strategic tools to ensure high quality data for our internal and external stakeholders. Main Responsibilities

• Complete regular data processing tasks, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and integrity of data from various internal and external sources
• Work with, enrich and maintain large data sets: analyze, identify and correct discrepancies to ensure high quality data to support our internal projects and client deliverables
• Suggested improvements to existing processes that will help the team deliver efficiencies
• Create and continually update process documentation to ensure it is accurate and reflects any process improvements
• Work with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements of new workflows or projects
• Understand how to use the team Jira and reporting dashboards to support daily work activity
• Work with the team to showcase success stories of Data team to management in our newsletter
• Actively engage in and contribute to team meetings
• Build effective working relationships across the team
• Take personal accountability for successful completion of tasks and projects assigned
• Participate in and demonstrate commitment to your ongoing learning and development
• Actively seek out and act upon feedback to accelerate performance

About You

• You demonstrate excellent communication skills
• You enjoy working with data and solving problems
• You are comfortable using excel and know how to effectively use advanced formulas, pivot tables & charts
• You likely have experience of some of the following systems and tools: Jira, PowerBI, PowerQuery, SQL, VBA & Python and/or would be keen to use them in your next role

We are a hybrid working company and the successful applicant will be expected to be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week to foster and contribute to a collaborative environment, but this may be subject to change in the future.
