who will assists the onsite Property Management team for efficient functioning of the property. This position assists the Property Manager (PM) on various tasks pertaining to accounting, customer support, administrative duties, data governance and any other tasks which can be taken care remotely. This can help PMs to spend more time interacting with the customers instead of spending time doing administrative work on computer.
The Assistant Property Manager can act as a single point of contact for the PMs for the tasks wherein involvement of multiple teams is needed.

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's or master's degree in operations, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 0-2 years of relevant, hands-on experience
