...Position Overview:Responsible for developing and maintaining data requests for visualization and analytic creation, assembling data into a format easily analyzed by developing, maintaining, and testing queries and infrastructures for data consumption by BI Software. Collaborate closely with the principal data analysts and the product team to conceptualize, visualize, and construct enterprise databases. Additionally, provide support and delivery in an agile manner, including scrum master coverage as required.Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble large, complex data sets meeting functional/non-functional business requirements for BI consumption.
• Partner with Data Engineers to advise on required fields for data product construction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams, to address data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving data errors/discrepancies.
• Utilize necessary infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources with efficient and reliable data mapping.
• Employ project and time management skills to achieve project goals and objectives effectively.
• Exhibit a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Adapt to and employ new analytics and automation tools and technologies.
• Maintain connectivity with sister analytics COE analysts and regional counterparts.

• 1-3 years in a Professional Related Field
• Understanding of enterprise data sources to enhance visibility of top losses
• Familiarity with creating data sets in Azure or similar data lake environments
• Proficiency in working with structured data
• Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems
• Ability to learn and implement analytics and automation technologies to enhance systems

• Bachelor\'s degree in Data Analytics or a similar discipline
• MS Azure certification (preferred)
• Sense of urgency in meeting scheduling plans and customer requirements
• General business acumen
• Proficiency in learning and implementing new analytics and automation tools
• Capability to merge business questions/needs with available data to provide data-driven insights
