About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with 12+ years of expertise to lead data modeling, governance, and architecture initiatives for our Enterprise Data Platform. The ideal candidate will define scalable data structures, establish governance standards, and collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure data quality, lineage, security, and compliance across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable data models for enterprise-wide use. Define and enforce data governance frameworks, including master data and metadata management. Establish and monitor data quality rules, validation checks, and documentation standards. Maintain accurate data lineage, metadata, and governance assets. Collaborate with business SMEs to interpret requirements and convert them into technical models and pipelines. Define security and access control mechanisms aligned with compliance guidelines. Provide architectural guidance on AWS Data Lake Formation, Glue Catalog, and data integration patterns. Ensure platforms and pipelines follow organizational best practices and technical standards.

What To Bring

Deep expertise in data modeling across conceptual, logical, and physical layers. Strong understanding of data governance, MDM, and metadata management practices. Hands-on experience with AWS Data Lake Formation and AWS Glue Catalog. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data design, profiling, and validation. Knowledge of data integration patterns and enterprise data architecture principles. Experience defining security, access controls, and compliance-safe data environments. Ability to establish documentation standards and maintain architectural artifacts. * Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business SMEs and technology teams.
