Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level data solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining data strategy, building scalable data models, and ensuring data quality, governance, and security across the organization. This role requires expertise in modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the data architecture, standards, and best practices.

Design enterprise data models, data pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes.

Build and manage data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time streaming solutions.

Collaborate with business, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all platforms.

Optimize data storage, retrieval, and performance for large-scale datasets.

Support cloud migration and modernization of data platforms.

Mentor and guide teams on data engineering and architecture practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and BI solutions.

Strong expertise in SQL, Data Modeling, and Database Design.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Proficiency with data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, Teradata).

Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DBT).

Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).

Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Cosmos DB).

Good understanding of API-driven integration and microservices.

Good to Have:

Experience with machine learning pipelines or advanced analytics platforms.

Hands-on with Python, Scala, or R for data processing.

Knowledge of real-time streaming and IoT data platforms.

Certifications: Azure Data Engineer/Architect, AWS Data Analytics, Google Professional Data Engineer.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to lead data strategy discussions with business and technical teams.
