The Position The Data anonymization Lead (Designation - Lead Statistical Programmer) plays a crucial role in ensuring data transparency and anonymisation of clinical data before disclosing with regulatory platforms, sharing in different forums like transcelerate or to external researchers. An ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring new anonymisation rules and new or updated requirements from the GDPR/ regulatory authorities are implemented in an ongoing fashion. Data anonymization Lead is accountable for: Responsible for leading all data anonymisation activities across all projects in Novo Nordisk Author and content responsible for risk based anonymisation SOPs. Interviewing, Mentoring, training and onboarding of new consultants and employees in the Data Anonymization Team Representing NN at various forums in relation to Data Transparency / Data Anonymisation and Data Sharing, by attending meetings, TC\'s, webinars and conferences Responsible for planning, managing and execution of statistical programming deliverables in clinical trial and non-trial activities in the project. Responsible for providing input to authority required documents or meetings for trial and non-trial activities. Responsible for continuous development of own skills and to contribute to the development of Biostatistics and Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in life sciences or natural sciences or Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Minimum 7 -12 years of experience working as a statistical programmer within the pharmaceutical industry. 3 plus years working with Data Transparency / Anonymisation is preferred Experience in using clinicaltrial.gov and other databases for extracting information in relation to anonymization purposes. Profound knowledge of GDPR and other Privacy regulations. Extensive experience with programming in e.g. SAS or R. Experience with reporting clinical trials, including statistical data handling, analysis and reporting, clinical database technologies, data models and advanced programming Experience with review and documentation of programs. Experience with collaboration across professional and regional borders. About the Department : Biostatistics Bangalore department was established in August 2010.The team has a good blend of experience and fresh perspective and comprises experienced statisticians and programmers, who form the core of the team. The main purpose & objective is to ensure high quality in preparing and conducting statistical analysis in accordance with the project milestones and provide statistical support and expertise to all clinical development activities within Novo Nordisk.
