We simplify, streamline, and automate controls--strengthening our ability to prevent issues.
Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology. Through automation we identify control, testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft.
Expertise Required:
Analytical Skills
Intermediate knowledge in Data analysis & Data patterns
Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis
Knowledge on data manipulation and problem solving
Tools and Platforms
Hands-on experience in SAS/SQL and Shell script
Knowledge on schedulers (Autosys/LSF)
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA
Nice to have - Experience one of the below technologies.
SAS on Mainframe
Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.
Nice to have - Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process
Soft Skills
Should have good communication and inter-personal skills
Proactive approach in solving problems and attention to details
A strong team player
Qualifications:
3-4 years relevant experience
Know-how on analytic tools (SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS etc.)
Big data and machine learning experiences are (R, Python etc.)
The ability to engage resources outside of their direct control to achieve objectives
Education:
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
