Our world class Engineering Compute team is seeking an experienced Software Developer to work on automations The Software Developer will interface within the team and also various BUs in the design engineering team etc, as well as outside partners What youll do Create Automations for Infrastructure domain including self-service, repeat tasks, resolving alerts etc. Writing secure, scalable efficient code Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. Optimizing the performance of applications for full-scale production deployments Implement and support feature sets and third-party integrations. Create and maintain reusable code libraries. Running stress/load tests to ensure the performance of our infrastructure, identifying areas of improvement. Ability to exist and thrive in a constantly evolving environment. Designing and implementing RESTful APIs What you ll bring 4+ years of Product Development in Python (including Flask / Django etc) with strong skills in relational databases (MySQL or/and MariaDB) and (any) Cloud Services. 4+ years experience in working with ELK stack including developing dashboards using Kibana. 4+ years experience with GitLab/Github including admin UI tasks, API scripting, and deployment of the GitLab and Github platform (including CI/CD infrastructure like Jenkins) Exposure to working with Agile/Scrum teams. Experience supporting production environments and working with global cross functional teams. Prior Experience in building distributed systems and tools in a hybrid cloud technology environment. Exposure to creating monitors in Infrastructure domain (using Prometheus and/or Datadog) Experience with Build and Management of Infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible will be added advantage Education Experience Minimum 6+ years of work experience in application development and production support. Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science or related.
