Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate

Data Analytics Trainer

to deliver engaging training sessions on Power BI, Tableau, R, and Python. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data analytics, data visualization, and statistical programming, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training modules for Power BI, Tableau, R, and Python (Data Analytics). Conduct live instructor-led sessions (online/offline) and support self-paced learning. Create training materials, hands-on labs, assignments, quizzes, and project work. Provide one-on-one mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions. Track learner progress and provide performance feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics and incorporate them into training. Evaluate and improve training effectiveness through feedback and learner performance. Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance course content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Strong knowledge and real-world experience with: +

Power BI

- DAX, dashboards, Power Query, data modeling.

Tableau

- Calculated fields, dashboards, stories, LOD expressions.
+

Python (for Data Analysis)

- Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Jupyter Notebooks.

R

- Tidyverse, ggplot2, statistical analysis, data manipulation.
Experience in teaching/training roles, corporate or academic. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and manage a diverse group of learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or Data Analytics is a plus. Experience in building real-world data analytics projects. Exposure to SQL, Excel, or Machine Learning will be an added advantage. * Experience in LMS platforms, content authoring tools, or EdTech platform.
