Data Analytics Trainer
with strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python. The trainer will deliver high-quality, practical, job-oriented training to MBA/BBA/Commerce students with a focus on
Finance Analytics

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training on
Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python
, and analytics concepts.
Teach domain-oriented modules like
Financial Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics
.
Design lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and real-time projects.
Conduct classroom sessions (Aligarh center) & online live sessions where needed.
Guide learners on capstone projects and portfolio development.
Prepare students for job roles--mock interviews, problem-solving, case studies.
Evaluate student performance and maintain training quality.
Create training materials, PPTs, notes, and datasets.
Maintain high engagement and ensure excellent learning outcomes.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong command of:
? Advanced Excel (Dashboards, Power Query)? SQL (queries, joins, subqueries)? Power BI (DAX, modelling, dashboards)? Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn)? Statistics fundamentals
Understanding of
business analytics
and
finance datasets preferred.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Experience in teaching/training (preferred) but
industry analysts can also apply

Eligibility
B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Sc / MBA (Finance/Analytics) OR
Graduation in any field with proven experience in
Data Analytics
Minimum
1 year
experience as a

Prior teaching / training experience
Knowledge of Tableau (optional)
Experience working on real business analytics projects
Ability to mentor students individually
