Role Overview

Data Analytics Trainers (2023 pass-outs and prior) provide hands-on training in data analytics tools, visualization, and business intelligence for in-house batches and college students. Focus centers on practical dashboards and real-world analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver offline sessions on Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python for analytics, and statistical analysis. Create training materials including PPTs, datasets, lab exercises, dashboards, and case study assignments. Assess student work through quizzes, project reviews, and performance reports shared with team and colleges. Conduct workshops and sessions at assigned partner colleges, including necessary travel.
Qualifications

B.Tech or M.Tech (2023 pass-outs and before) in CS/IT or related fields. Preferred: Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Analytics, or similar tools.
Required Skills

Technical skills cover advanced Excel functions and VBA, SQL querying, data visualization with Power BI or Tableau, Python libraries like Pandas and Matplotlib for analytics, and basic statistics for business insights. Teaching skills include effective communication, interactive demos, and managing diverse classroom groups. Other requirements feature flexibility for college travel and commitment to a permanent training career.
