We are seeking a dynamic

Data Analytics & Supply Chain Executive

to join our growing operations team in

Bangalore

This role will bridge the gap between data insights and supply chain execution -- helping us forecast demand, optimize inventory, streamline logistics, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Support demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management initiatives. Collaborate closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Track and monitor key KPIs (e.g., lead times, fill rates, cost efficiency, wastage levels). Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance supply chain performance and reduce operational costs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to automate reporting and optimize workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics, or operations (FMCG/F&B industry preferred). Strong knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Understanding of predictive analytics or machine learning for supply chain optimization. Exposure to data automation and visualization tools.
