This position is for the role of Data Analytics Specialist - Digital Transformation for Telengana CPMS project Missions/Main Duties:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from infrastructure systems (e.g., sensors, SCADA, GIS, BIM).
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations to support real-time monitoring and decision-making.
• Apply predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast maintenance needs, usage patterns, and project risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to integrate analytics into digital workflows.
• Support digital twin and smart infrastructure initiatives through data modeling and simulation.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity protocols.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Profile/Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in infrastructure or capital-intensive industries.
• Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and big data technologies.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure systems and digital transformation concepts.
