About the Role

We are hiring a fresher for the role of

Technical Resume Writer

to support US-based candidates applying for

data-centric technical jobs

. The role involves creating, editing, and optimizing resumes using

Microsoft Word

while following US hiring and ATS standards. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Create and format

ATS-optimized technical resumes in Microsoft Word

Customize resumes for US roles such as

Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist,

BI Engineer

, etc. Convert technical experience and projects into strong, results-focused bullet points Align resumes with US job descriptions and keyword requirements Maintain professional formatting, grammar, and consistency Revise resumes based on feedback and quality standards
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word (mandatory)

Formatting, styles, alignment, tables, headers, and templates Good written English communication Basic understanding of IT or data-related roles Willingness to learn US resume standards and ATS concepts Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Educational Qualification

Any graduate or final-year student Freshers are encouraged to apply
Good to Have

Awareness of data tools such as Python, SQL, Spark, AWS, Azure, Power BI, Tableau Previous experience in resume writing or content writing Basic knowledge of ATS keyword optimization

Structured training on US technical resumes Live client resume exposure Growth to Senior Resume Writer or Quality Analyst roles
