Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Analyze student performance data, develop systems for continuous improvement
2. Develop systems that ensure high quality academics, to streamline communication between parents, students and teachers
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive data driven decision making

Note: We would prefer candidates who are interested in the PPO; we look for a 2-year commitment (first 6 months as an internship and 1.5 years as full-time employment).
