About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Industry and Market Insights:
- Conduct deep dives into industry landscapes in the US and Europe, identifying trends, emerging opportunities, and white spaces for disruption.
- Prepare actionable reports that translate insights into strategic initiatives.
2. Competitive Intelligence:
- Benchmark leading competitors, analyzing their strengths, gaps, and strategies.
- Present recommendations to position Goodera as an innovator and leader in the volunteering and employee engagement space.
3. Prospecting and Outreach Strategy:
- Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to identify high-potential prospects and craft tailored outreach strategies.
- Support the creation of data-driven account lists and research profiles to drive targeted campaigns.
4. Contributing to the Volunteering Quotient Report:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing ESG data from leading companies globally.
- Support the narrative development of the report, ensuring it is insightful and impactful.
