Teaching and Instruction:

Delivering high-quality lectures, labs, and workshops on various data analysis topics, including statistical analysis, data mining, data visualization, and machine learning. Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments, to align with current industry standards and best practices. Using diverse teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles and ensure student engagement. Providing timely and constructive feedback on student work.

Curriculum Development:

Contributing to the design and development of new data analytics courses and programs. Ensuring the curriculum is relevant to industry needs and incorporates the latest trends and technologies. Participating in curriculum review and revision processes to maintain academic rigor and relevance.

Student Advising and Mentoring:

Providing guidance and support to students pursuing data analytics degrees or related fields. Helping students choose appropriate courses, select research topics, and plan their careers. Mentoring students in research projects and providing guidance on career development.

Research and Scholarship:

Conducting independent research in data analysis or related areas. Publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences. Seeking external funding for research projects.

Service to the Department and University:

Participating in departmental meetings and committees. Contributing to the overall academic life of the university. Engaging with industry professionals and participating in outreach activities.
