Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery:
Conduct classroom and online sessions on data analytics concepts, tools, and techniques.
Content Development:
Create training materials including presentations, case studies, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects.
Mentoring:
Guide and mentor learners, resolving queries and supporting them in applying analytics concepts.
Assessment:
Evaluate learner performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
Industry Relevance:
Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools and trends, and integrate them into training modules.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a similar role with strong practical expertise.
Teaching/Training Experience:
Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools and languages such as
Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI
.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g.,
Certified Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau/Power BI Certification
) will be an advantage.
