The Data Analytics Expert is responsible for analyzing complex datasets from DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) platforms to derive actionable insights, develop comprehensive reports, and build interactive dashboards. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting the development of Family/Household Wellness Index frameworks.

Skills/Requirements :

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Strong command of Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn). Experience working with DBT platforms and understanding of their data structures. Solid knowledge of SQL and database querying. Familiarity with Family/Household Wellness Index or similar socio-economic indicators. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA). Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in public sector or development-focused projects. Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing). Fluency in Assamese preferable.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret large-scale data from DBT platforms to uncover trends and insights. Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Python. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs. Translate analytical findings into clear, concise visualizations and presentations. Contribute to the design and enhancement of the Family/Household Wellness Index. Automate data processing and reporting workflows for efficiency and scalability.
