Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing, sales, and digital platforms).
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like
Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
.
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business growth.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and operations.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve decision-making.
Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, data-driven manner.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
6-1 years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of
Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
(Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
Understanding of
digital analytics platforms
(Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.).
Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Experience in
Python/R
for data analysis is a plus.
Preferred:
Prior experience in
IT, Digital Marketing, or SaaS analytics

Knowledge of
AI tools and automation in data reporting
