Sr. Performance Marketing Manager / Director - Brand Strategy
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp
Data Analytics Executive
to become the backbone of our performance marketing efforts. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the data flow from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube for our diverse brand portfolio, including
Savitar Realty, GoGoTrips, HotelXplore, and TrustXplore.
Your mission is to turn raw campaign data into actionable intelligence. You won't just be building dashboards; you will be identifying trends, reporting anomalies, and providing the "data-backed why" that helps our performance team scale results.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring:
Conduct daily audits of Google and Meta Ads performance. Track critical KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, Quality Score, ROAS, and Conversion Rates.
Advanced Dashboarding:
Build and maintain automated, real-time performance dashboards using
Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel
(Pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization).
Technical Tracking & Attribution:
Work with developers to implement and validate
GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixels, and Conversion APIs
. Ensure 100% data integrity across the funnel.
Optimization Insights:
Analyze audience behavior and post-click performance to identify "wasted spend" and propose optimization strategies to the performance team.
Funnel Analysis:
Monitor landing page behavior (bounce rates, scroll depth, and page speed) to suggest UX/UI improvements.
Competitor Intelligence:
Track competitor spend patterns, keyword trends, and market movements to keep our strategies competitive.
A/B Testing Support:
Document and measure the results of creative and bidding A/B tests to identify winning variables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
2-5 years of dedicated experience in
Digital Marketing Analytics
.
Metric Fluency:
A deep understanding of how Google Ads and Meta Ads metrics interconnect (e.g., how CPM affects CPL).
Tool Mastery:
Hands-on proficiency with
GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio/Data Studio
.
Excel Power User:
High level of expertise in Google Sheets/Excel for advanced data manipulation.
Analytical Thinking:
The ability to look at a spreadsheet and identify a problem before it affects the monthly budget.
Communication:
Ability to present complex data findings clearly to non-technical team members and leadership.
