Sr. Performance Marketing Manager / Director - Brand Strategy
About the Role:
We're hiring a Data Analytics Executive to analyse, track, and optimise performance data across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital campaigns for Savitar Realty, GoGoTrips, HotelXplore, TrustXplore, and upcoming digital platforms.
Your primary responsibility will be to turn campaign data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and support the marketing team with accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Data Tracking Monitor daily performance of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, Quality Score, ROAS, CPM, Frequency, Conversion Rates. Identify performance drops, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting Build weekly & monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Create dashboards using Looker Studio / Google Sheets / Excel.
Analyse audience behaviour, funnels, and post-click performance. Report anomalies, wasted spend, and optimisation suggestions to the performance team. Conversion Tracking & Tools Work with marketing and developers to ensure proper tracking of: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) Meta Pixel Conversion APIs Validate tracking accuracy and troubleshoot issues when needed.
Market & Competitor Insights Provide competitor ad insights, spend patterns, keyword trends, and market movement.
Analyse landing page behaviour (bounce rate, scroll depth, page speed). Cross-Department Collaboration Support Performance Marketing, SEO, and Creative teams with data insights. Share clear, data-backed recommendations for improving ads and landing pages.
Assist in A/B test measurement and result documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in Digital Marketing Analytics.
Strong understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads metrics.
Hands-on experience with: Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager Looker Studio / Data Studio Meta Ads Reporting Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
Ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable insights.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to the team.
