About the Role Location: Hyderabad About the role: As a key player in our team, this role will be accountable for the design, build and deployment of integrated digital and analytics solutions (e.g., Big data foundation, data visualization, AI/ML) in the area of Ethics Risk and Compliance and will be part of our \'Digital Delivery team\' in DDIT Organization in Novartis Your responsibilities include but are not limited to . Ensure that system designs adhere to solution architecture design (i.e. high level conceptual design) and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements . Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of solutions . Ensure system design standards are defined to improve and sustain standardization of solutions . Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the architecture handbook. Support scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/improvements, propose solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and alignment with business teams . Ensure that project/improvements work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints following the release calendars . Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business . Ensure that solution testing is performed to meet quality standards. Establish standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery . Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when crafting new solutions and services. Role Requirements . Bachelor\'s degree in computer science . Broad knowledge of groundbreaking IT technologies and best practices . 7+ years of experience in IT project management and application development . Technical knowledge and operational expertise in -SAP BW, SAP S4HANA - demonstrating data interface for Finance or procurement data -Big data technologies (AWS, FormulaOne) -BI and Data visualization QlikSense, PowerBI . Agile and SCRUM knowledge and experience . Project management skills applied in mid-sized IT projects .
