The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting the COO by compiling, analyzing, and comparing data across various functions of Della Townships. The position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to handle large datasets, and the skill to convert raw information into actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile and organize data from multiple business units and project sites.
Conduct data comparison and analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.
Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations for the COO.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret data.
Maintain and update centralized databases for project and operational tracking.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
Travel to project locations/offices as required to review and validate data.

Job Expectations:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior management.
Ability to work independently under strict timelines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate, construction, or township projects.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with project management and reporting in the real estate sector.
