Data Analytics & AI Insights Specialist (Retail/FMCG Domain)

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

1. Data Analysis & Insight Generation

Leverage AI agents and advanced analytics tools to answer executive queries and generate actionable business insights. Validate AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy and extracting deeper insights from sales, merchandising, supply chain, and customer experience data. Interpret performance trends across key retail KPIs and translate findings into clear, executive-ready narratives with impactful visualizations.

2. AI Workflow Development & Prompt Engineering

Design and optimize AI-driven workflows to handle executive-level business queries seamlessly. Create, test, and refine prompts that guide AI agents in generating accurate SQL queries, Python code, and insights.

3. Presentation & Storytelling

Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and executive presentations using AI tools. Deliver insights that are concise, business-relevant, and actionable for leadership decision-making.

4. Continuous Improvement & Feedback

Collaborate with AI agent development teams to enhance agent performance and reduce reliance on human intervention. Stay updated with the latest in AI-driven analytics, retail/CPG KPIs, and best practices in data visualization.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in Retail/CPG domain (fashion retail highly desirable).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. Strong expertise in retail/CPG analytics with proven ability to generate deep, actionable insights. Hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow design.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive-level audiences. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.
