Key Responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and follow up on data related to client-side and operations activities.
Review and verify client invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and maintain riders' payout and summary reports on a regular basis.
Present accurate data insights and reports to management as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely submissions.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
Basic knowledge of coding for automation and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting.
Prior experience handling client and operational data preferred.
