We are looking for a Data Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to drive data-led decision-making in a high-impact healthcare setting. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, manage data hygiene, generate insights, and support business reviews that improve operational efficiency and growth.Key responsibilities:Build and maintain dashboards and MIS across marketing, patient funnel, finance, and doctor performanceClean, consolidate, and manage databases across CRM, HIS, billing, and call tracking toolsCreate automated reports for leadership using Excel, Google Sheets, and/or BI toolsSupport weekly review cadences with actionable insights, deep dives, and growth analysisIdentify dataled opportunities for improving OPDtosurgery conversion, PRO ROI, CAC, and other KPIsAssist with cohort analysis, territory benchmarking, and centrelevel performance reviewsPerformance targets:Accuracy and timeliness of reports and dashboardsData hygiene and integrity across CRM and field inputsFunnel analytics and contribution to operational improvementsTurnaround time on adhoc insight requestsRequirements23 years of experience in analytics, preferably in healthcare, consumer tech, or operations heavy environmentsStrong in Excel, SQL, and any BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Comfortable with messy, realworld data xe2x80x94 and driving clarity from chaosStrong communicator, structured thinker, problem solver
