About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Data Analyst

with

1-2 years

of hands-on experience in data sorting, manipulation, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with

Excel, Google Sheets, App Script, Power B

I, and basic Python for data processing and mining. This role also requires strong client coordination skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, sort, and organize datasets from multiple sources. Perform data manipulation, validation, and exploratory analysis to support business insights. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using

Power BI

,

Excel

, and

Google Sheets

. Automate repetitive workflows using

Google Apps Script

and Excel-based formulas. Assist in data mining and basic predictive analysis using Python. Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate outputs. Coordinate with clients to gather information, clarify requirements, and present findings. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports and deliverables. Support team members in ongoing projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience

in data analysis, cleaning, manipulation, and reporting. Strong knowledge of

Excel

(advanced formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, data cleaning). Proficiency in

Google Sheets

and experience with

Google Apps Script

automation. Hands-on experience with

Power BI

(data modeling, DAX, report building). Basic working knowledge of

Python

for data analysis/data mining (Pandas preferred). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills with experience in

client coordination

. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of SQL or database querying. Experience with API data extraction or automation. Exposure to data visualization best practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related field.
