Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business stakeholders
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic and operational decisions
Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data requirements
Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings in a clear, concise manner
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows
Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
Strong proficiency in
SQL
(complex queries, joins, subqueries, performance tuning)
Hands-on experience with
data visualization tools
such as Dash App, Plotly Dash framework, Power BI
Strong knowledge of
Excel / Google Sheets
(pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
Experience with
Python
for data analysis
Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts
Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
