Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data to help drive business decisions, improve processes, and solve problems. This role involves working with data from various sources, creating reports, visualizations, and insights to support stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Processing:

- Gather data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, files).

- Clean, transform, and validate data for analysis.

2. Analysis & Insights:

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.

- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

3. Collaboration:

- Work with various teams (business, IT, management) to understand requirements and deliver insights.

- Support stakeholders in interpreting data and making decisions.

4. Tools & Technologies:

- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Python/R for data analysis.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with databases and data warehousing concepts.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

- Create regular reports and ad-hoc analyses as needed.

- Document processes, methodologies, and findings.

Requirements:

1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.

3. Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python/R).

- Experience with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

4. Nice-to-Have:

- Knowledge of machine learning concepts.

- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

Pay: ₹9,579.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month
