Assessment and Feedback

Create and administer assessments to evaluate students' progress . Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants improve their coding skills and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources

Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau

Perform data analysis and automation using Excel and Advanced Excel

Write and optimize queries using SQL to extract and manipulate data

Use Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling

Develop clear data visualizations to communicate insights effectively

Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables (Project Management)

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data

Support stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel & Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred)

Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau

Solid knowledge of SQL (Joins, Subqueries, CTEs)

Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn)

Expertise in Data Visualization & Dashboard Development

Understanding of Project Management concepts and tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

Experience working with business stakeholders

Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes

Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or Data Analytics (preferred but not mandatory)
