Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Nice to Have:

- Experience with programming languages like Python or R

- Knowledge of data warehousing principles, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes
