Position: Data Analyst - Stores & Logistics
Location:Vapi
Experience: 3 - 4 Years
Industries:Chemical
Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze stores and inventory-related data to support decision-making
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to stock movement, consumption, and aging.
• Analyze inventory trends, slow-moving and non-moving items, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain and validate accuracy of data in ERP/SAP systems
• Support Stores & Logistics Head with data-driven insights and presentations
• Monitor stock levels, inward/outward material movement, and reconciliation reports
• Coordinate with stores associates and trainees for data collection and reporting
• Develop dashboards and reports using MS Excel and other analytical tools
• Assist in process improvement initiatives through data analysis
• Ensure data integrity, documentation, and compliance with company policies

Required Skills
Advanced Computer Knowledge
MS Excel (Advanced)
Power BI * Strong analytical skills, good communication

• knowledge of inventory systems
• SAP/ERP exposure preferred

Required Qualification:- BCA/B.Sc/M.Com - Computer/Maths
Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
