About the Role:

RLS Retail is seeking a skilled

Data Analyst

to join our Data & Analytic team. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to solving business challenges through data.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using

Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

.

Analyst data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance drivers.

Collaborate with

marketing, operations, and product teams

to support data-backed decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across business functions.

Automate recurring data processes to improve reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science

, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience as a

Data Analyst

or in a similar analytical role.

Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).

Hands-on experience with

SQL

and visualization tools (

Power BI / Tableau

).

Solid understanding of

data cleaning, modeling, and reporting techniques

.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Good to Have:

Experience with

Python

or

R

for data analysis and automation.

Familiarity with

Google Analytics

or other marketing data tools.

Knowledge of

ETL processes

and data warehousing concepts.
