What You'll Do:We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to support our commercial teams in India. As part of our APAC Analytics team, your role will be pivotal in harnessing our extensive shopper and retailer data, combined with a deep understanding of performance marketing technology, to provide actionable insights and recommendations to some of the largest retailers and brands in India.In this role, you'll have privileged access to one of the world's largest datasets, alongside the computational power required to deliver insights into shopper behavior, market trends, and product performance that can't be found anywhere else.The scope of this role involves technically rigorous work, including the use of leading-edge data analysis technologies and daily interaction with other cross-functional business units and external clients. The ideal candidate functions with minimal oversight and has the ability to learn new concepts quickly.Detect root causes of issues impacting the performance of our clients advertising campaigns through analysis of our huge data set, and propose concrete measures to fix them in link with a range of internal partners on technical, commercial or product sideDeep-dive to actively provide analytics insights and propose optimization scenarios to our clients to reach their KPIs and maximize their satisfaction, in close link with your commercial partners and other internal support teamsProvide actionable insight, recommendations and collaborate closely with the commercial and technical teams to support and cultivate deep strategic relationships with clients guiding their strategies and aligning with their long-term goals.Develop and share deep knowledge on our technology, data platform, products and tools and be active part of cross-team initiatives within your market and beyondDevelop and apply your analytics skills by deep-diving on our data and coming up with advanced analysis, models, automation schemes and projects leveraging on SQL, Tableau, Python and other technologies to maximize impact and scalabilityWho You Are:Your work experience: 3+ years in an analytical role in Technology, Consulting, with a good understanding of internet advertising technologies (cookies, DSP, SSP, RTB, etc.)Your academic background: Bachelors degree or equivalent in a quantitative or business discipline, with a primary emphasis on Analytics (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and related areas.xe2x80xa6).Your Analytics skills: You possess a comprehensive grasp of relational databases, data architecture/governance, and the practical application of statistical concepts, especially within a testing context. Your strength lies in your exceptional attention to detail, complemented by your capacity to envision the broader strategic picture.Your technical skills: You have hands-on experience in working with databases, have some programming experience, and are a fast learner. SQL and Python are a must. Bonus point if you have experience in using technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Vertica, Tableau.Your business skills: You are client-focused, able to create and convey clear messages and straightforward recommendations and have experience in discussing with clients. You are able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
