Required Data Crunching Analyst / Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Data Cleaning & Preprocessing:

Removing duplicate, erroneous, or irrelevant data, and reformatting, or structuring data for analysis.

Data Collection:

Gathering data from multiple, diverse sources.

Analysis & Modeling:

Performing statistical analysis, creating data models, and running algorithms on data to identify trends.

Visualization & Reporting:

Creating dashboards, graphs, and reports to present findings to stakeholders.

Operational Support:

Assisting with database management, project tracking, and maintaining data systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel, along with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and validate data accuracy.

Attention to Detail:

High accuracy in handling data to ensure integrity.

Communication:

Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, often with 3-5+ years of experience in data-related roles.
