WD - 5 daysMode - WFOAbout the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and insightful Data Analyst to specialize in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and product/report systems within our healthcare
organization. This role involves analyzing financial and operational data to improve our revenue cycle processes and product efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
data analysis, healthcare finance, and a deep understanding of PMS/EHR systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data from EHR and RCM systems to identify trends, patterns, and
• areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
• (KPIs) in revenue cycle management.
• Work collaboratively with different departments, including billing, finance, and clinical
• teams, to optimize revenue cycle processes.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze healthcare data and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
• Assist in the implementation of data-driven strategies to improve patient care outcomes
• and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting RCM and supporting
• products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and Electronic Health Records.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and effective manner.
• Experience with healthcare billing and coding practices is a plus.
