Job Description

This is a key role within the DCI organization, in providing data integrity and insightful business analysis reports to support informed decision making in the space of customer journey growth. The ideal candidate comes with strong technical experience with business understanding and will work in the Analytics team delivering end-to-end storyboarding report solutions.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Passionate to solve business problems through data and Insights Write, interpret, and optimize complex queries across disparate data sources using SQL to provide ad-hoc analysis to the stakeholders Collaborate with stakeholders to know the business problem and design data solutions that provide insight, including building dashboards, presentations and recommendations Perform technical data analysis and create datasets that describe business questions/processes Analyze operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ,trend to identify cause-and-effect relationships between key business drivers Perform statistical analysis on various data sets to derive actionable insights to improve business Translating data into useful insights to drive and solve critical business and inform operational decisions. Ensure data integrity for reporting Work closely with data engineers and develop skills to build data pipelines for analysis Automate and improve data quality and bring productivity to workflows related to data
Build reports and dashboards to efficiently provide visibility on key metrics

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Degree/master's in computer science, Mathematics or Statistics major Relevant applied work experience in quantitative analysis of at least 4-8 years Ability to work with large amounts of data from disparate sources: collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and synthesizing Strong problem-solving skills Hands-on experience and in-depth technical knowledge of SQL programming Hands-on experience with a self-serve BI tool (preferably using Tableau) Experience with extracting and modeling datasets with database queries and environment (Hadoop/Spark) Experience with programming languages (e.g. PySpark mandatory, Python, Java) Experience in managing agile implementation cycles and rollouts Self-motivated, proactive, get-things-done team member who lives to improve data quality and drive results
