We're Hiring: Data Analyst (Python & Power BI) - Salem | 3-Month Contract

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Data Analyst

with strong expertise in

Python

and

Power BI

. Join our team to transform raw data into actionable insights and drive business decisions!

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends & patterns

Build and maintain interactive dashboards & reports using Power BI

Perform data manipulation, transformation, and automation using Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)

Collaborate with business & technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions

Prepare analytical reports and insights for management

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

Support forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting

Skills & Expertise:

Primary (70% focus):

? Advanced Data Analysis

? Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)

Secondary (30% focus):

? Power BI dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, and report optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields

Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
