Hiring for Data Analyst- Pune
We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and resourceful Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in turning raw data into actionable insights, helping drive key business decisions and improve our data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and process data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Create and present clear, insightful reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels.
Data Modeling: Build predictive models and perform statistical analyses to support business forecasting and decision-making.
Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools) for real-time reporting.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and other departments to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable reports.
Database Management: Query large datasets using SQL or other data management tools and maintain data integrity.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, cleaning, and reporting methodologies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in data analysis, preferably in [industry/sector].
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Experience with data warehousing or ETL processes.
