- Extracts, transforms, and prepares financial data from multiple source systems, ensuring accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Designs, develops, and maintains financial variance reports and interactive dashboards, including summaries, category breakdowns, and detailed analyses.
- Performs advanced data analysis to identify variances, support reconciliations, and capture historical data snapshots.
- Collaborates with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Utilizes expertise in SQL, Strategy (MicroStrategy), Microsoft Excel, and large financial datasets (e.g., Oracle Time & Labor).
- Applies solid knowledge of financial concepts, forecasting, and project accounting to support effective decision-making.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
