About the Role:

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive / Data Analyst

to manage and optimize our data and reporting functions. The candidate will be responsible for converting raw operational data into actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting

Extract, clean, and compile data from various sources (CRM, ERP, Sales, Logistics). Design and maintain

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop

interactive dashboards

using

Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau

for real-time performance tracking. Perform

ad-hoc analysis

and generate customized reports as per business requirements.

System & Process Optimization

Ensure

data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

across systems. Identify opportunities to

automate reporting processes

and improve workflow efficiency. Act as a

liaison between business and IT teams

to align reporting tools with business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

1-2 years in MIS, Data Analytics, or Reporting.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of

Excel / Google Sheets

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, VBA preferred).

Tools:

Familiarity with

ERP/CRM systems

(SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and

Data Visualization tools

(Power BI, Tableau).

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
