Job Description

Data Collection & Preparation:

Gather data from internal systems (ERP, CRM, Excel, databases, etc.) and external sources.

Clean, validate, and standardize data for accurate analysis and reporting.

Data Analysis & Insights:

Analyze operational, financial, or customer data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.

Perform root-cause analysis and develop recommendations based on data findings.

Reporting & Visualization:

Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Present findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring

:

Track KPIs and metrics relevant to business functions (e.g., sales performance, inventory turnover, customer retention, etc.).

Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

:

Work with departments such as operations, finance, procurement, and marketing to understand data needs and deliver insights.

Support business initiatives through data-driven analysis and scenario modeling.

Process Improvement:

Identify data gaps and suggest improvements in data collection or reporting processes.

Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks where applicable.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role (non-IT preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.),
