Job Title: Data Analyst - New Business Insights (Female Only)

Location: Kharagpur

Department: Business Intelligence / Strategy & Planning

Reporting To: Lead - Business Analytics / Strategy Manager

Job Purpose:

To enable smart, data-backed decisions for new business lines by analyzing data, preparing dashboards, and generating actionable insights that enhance performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Processing

u

Extract, clean, and organize data from ERP, CRM, and external databases.

u

Standardize data structures for accurate and consistent analysis.

2. Reporting & Dashboards

u

Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau for real-time decision-making.

u

Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports for new business units.

3. Business Analytics

u

Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks through data-driven analysis.

u

Support strategy, marketing, and operations teams with actionable insights.

4. Collaboration & Documentation

u

Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and finance teams.

u

Document processes, assumptions, and methodologies for repeatable analytics.

Skills & Qualifications:

u

Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

u

2-4 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

u

Strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau skills.

u

Ability to interpret data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

u

Familiarity with Python or R for basic scripting.

u

Experience in startups or fast-paced environments a plus.
