Data Analyst - Roles & Responsibilities (Bakersville)1. Sales & Business Analysis

Analyze

daily, weekly, and monthly sales data

(region-wise, product-wise). Track

dealer, distributor, and channel performance

. Monitor

targets vs achievement

and highlight gaps. Identify

high-selling & low-performing bakery products

. Prepare sales dashboards and MIS for management.
2. Production & Inventory Analysis

Analyze

production output vs demand

. Track

raw material consumption, wastage, and stock movement

. Support planning team with

demand forecasting

. Identify

overstock / understock risks

.
3. Pricing, Margin & Cost Analysis

Analyze

product-wise cost, margins, and profitability

. Support management in

pricing decisions

. Monitor discounts, schemes, and their impact on sales.
4. Data Reporting & MIS

Prepare

Excel-based MIS, dashboards, and reports

. Automate repetitive reports where possible. Share actionable insights with sales, production, and finance teams.
5. Coordination & Data Support

Coordinate with

sales, accounts, production, and logistics teams

to collect data. Ensure

data accuracy and consistency

across departments. Maintain structured data records and documentation.
Skills & Knowledge Required (What the Candidate Must Know)Mandatory Skills

Advanced MS Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, Charts). Strong understanding of

MIS & reporting

. Ability to analyze large data sets and draw insights. Good

English communication

(for reports & coordination).
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Power BI / Tableau

(basic to intermediate). Basic knowledge of

SAP / ERP systems

(Sales, Inventory, Accounts data). Understanding of

FMCG / Bakery / Food industry data

. Basic SQL (optional, not mandatory).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
