Role Overview

The

Data Analyst / MIS & Dashboard Specialist

will be responsible for managing, analysing, and visualising program-level data to support evidence-based decision-making for

RAMP, import substitution, and export promotion initiatives

.

This role acts as a critical bridge between

raw program and MSME data

and

actionable insights

, delivering high-impact

dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical narratives

for government stakeholders and program leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Analysis

Collect, clean, validate, and maintain

program, MSME, and field-level datasets

Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness across multiple sources Implement

data quality assurance and validation protocols

Dashboarding & MIS Reporting

Design and develop

interactive dashboards and MIS reports

using

Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio

Automate recurring reports for

weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews

Present complex datasets through

clear visual stories and metrics

Insights & Decision Support

Analyse trends, patterns, and performance indicators across programs Identify

bottlenecks, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities

Generate

data-backed insights and recommendations

for policy and program improvements Support

impact assessment and outcome monitoring

for RAMP initiatives

Stakeholder & Field Coordination

Coordinate with

field teams and program staff

to ensure timely and accurate data flow Translate analytical findings into

stakeholder-friendly presentations and briefs

Support review meetings with

government officials and PMU leadership

Key Deliverables

MIS dashboards and analytical reports for

RAMP and allied programs

Weekly, monthly, and quarterly

KPI and performance reports

Data validation, quality assurance, and documentation reports Actionable insights and recommendations for decision-makers

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems

, or related fields

Certifications (Preferred)

Power BI / Tableau / SQL / Data Analytics certifications

Experience & Skill Requirements

2+ years

of experience in data analytics, MIS reporting, or dashboard development Strong proficiency in:

SQL

Excel (advanced)

Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio

Understanding of

MSME indicators, import-export data, and economic metrics

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to communicate technical insights in

simple, decision-oriented language

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
